Besides ground meat patty, hamburgers are also stuffed with lettuce, onions, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese.

Perfection!!!! Excellent food, clean, excellent customer service. You won't believe how nice the place looks. Open late and they serve alcohol for those that care. I found the perfect place for dinner pickup.

Oh god this place is finally open! I'm so glad I don't have to drive 50 minutes just to get to a decent Miami Subs place now. The location is placed in an amazingly small lot, but they positioned the drive thru and parking spaces very smartly, and the fact that it's close to Marlin and 184th is freaking great (I work in the area). Anyway, on to the food! So far, I've tried the philly steak, bistro, and meatball sub. All of them absolutely blew my mind with their flavor. I'm very happy with the service and the amount of time it took to get my food (roughly 10 minutes waiting time in the drive through, sometimes a little longer in the dining room). We all know their killer is the fries - I usually get the Nathan's fries. Pricing could be a little bit better for what you get, but I'm not complaining! They're still cheaper then my regular lunch place (Chipotle). We will see how long they last in the area, but I'm positive they're going to do amazing here!

I was excited for this Miami Subs location to open I went through the Drive Thru and burgers are awesome like always and staff is really friendly this location is one of the best ones I've ever been too.

The food is better than the surrounding "fast food" options, however my experience was severely tarnished because of the fact that I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru at 3:30 in the afternoon. The drive thru should take maximum 10 minutes at extreme lunch hours, not in the middle of the afternoon. very disappointed.

Never knew it took an hour to make a chicken wrap and some fries. Still waiting in line as I write this review. Still nothing. First and last time I will ever come here.

Excellent work, Mr. 305! This classic Miami eatery has been rebranded and renewed with the true Miami flair it deserves. Flat screen TVs, comfy booths, and a friendly staff create the perfect atmosphere for all to enjoy the delicious eats. Miami Grill is a great place to enjoy something different. We love the changes you've made to revive this restaurant chain. They even serve wine and beer for those of you who wish to partake. We'll definitely be back for more...and we'll bring friends!

They have an extensive array of basic food items from burgers to hot dogs. The price for an average burger is just over $10.00 including a drink. The burger is not that bad but I think the menu is slightly over priced.

Came here for lunch one day as we had time to kill. The place is clean and the customer service was awesome. I'm not a big fan of the parking situation and how the drive thru was organized but I didn't personally experience that part. My food came out good. I enjoyed my gyro but I def had better. The sauce was good and can dip my fries in it. Our food was fresh, decent gyro, and they give you a lot. More than I would've paid for a gyro and some fries but they're not stingy. Usually gyros are served with soft baked pita chips so the fries was a shocker. I wish they offered sweet potato fries. We didn't wait long for our food. They have the new coke machine where you have many options to choose from so that was great. I usually stick to my black tea any ways, but I love that machine. I will be back here if I am in the area.

We have visited here several times and have been very satisfied. They deal well with my allergies and the food is served fresh off the grill. It may be a bit slow but that is because each plate is done to order. The only thing I wish they still had is sauerkraut for the dogs. Glad they no longer serve shrimp because I don't have to worry about cross contamination with fried foods now.

My Parents live nearby and I come here on the weekends with the family. They were way too busy for me when they first opened but now it's a pleasure. My daughters love the salads, my wife and I get the Gyro Platter and my parents get the fish platter, I'm so happy to sneak a peak at whatever games are on, and I get a change to grab a beer or two. Love this place!!!!!!!

This location used to be a Pizza Hut which was the old sit-down versions of which most closed and so it did. The building was razed and in its place a new building and a Pollo Campero fast food chicken place opened, with a Pollo Tropical literally next to it. With South Florida's maniacal addiction to rice and beans the cards were in favor of Pollo Tropical, so the Pollo Campero shop died but at least left a modern structure for someone else to finally make use of. Enter The "NEW" Miami Subs Grill opening in late 2014. The location looks great, everything of course is new, fresh and clean as one would expect. So right to the food menu, all of the burgers are marketed as 100% Angus beef, made to order and border on the artisanal type, at a pretty good value for the dollar. Since seasoned fries were introduced to South Florida by the original Miami Subs, they still do them and do them well. One of the really nice surprises is that they also serve BEER on tap and in the bottle! I was very disappointed that of the 2 imports they sell, Presidenté and Modelo were both sold out and I'm not a domestic light beer guy... Once you order you seat yourself and the food is brought out to your table, so no trays to deal with. Guess what? No paper wrappings or cardboard boxes either, all of the food is plated on real (albeit plastic) white china with real metal silverware, I must admit it's a nice touch! I ordered the Havana burger and would do so again. It tasted fresh like a backyard BBQ, it included ham and a succulent sauce topped with crispy dark green lettuce and fresh tomatoes. At least that's what I got the first time, the second time I visited I didn't order the Havana burger and was disappointed by the beef patty size and lack of flavor but I hope it wasn't due to any change in quality. I for one will keep coming back for what I thought was well worth the visit, the Havana burger. As for the other selections I might pick off of someone else's plate but I won't stray far from what I enjoyed so much. One final observation brought to my attention by one of the staff is that this location in Cutler Bay is a franchise, owned by Armando Peréz, a.k.a. Pitbull, "Mr. 305" and/or "Mr. Worldwide." So at least the South Florida flair stays local, just like the seasonings on the food do.

I love this place but my recent visit was very disappointing!! The first 3 things I asked for they no longer serve, WHAT!! Some explanation that corporate took over and removed items from the menu?? Not to mention that the things I tried to order were advertised on a flashing screen that made me want it even more!!! What do you have to say about that corporate!!

I like the cheesesteak and fries. But not to the point where I'd have to wait 50 minutes to get this seemingly simple order! The place is new, clean and has a fresh look and decor to it, but the staff is really overwhelmed and uncoordinated. If I had to wait so long at 3 in the afternoon, I wonder how they perform during the rush lunch hour? And BTW, did I mention that both the sandwich and the fries were beyond lousy? The sandwich hardly had any cheese and no fried onions at all. And the fries were cold and soggy! I will give it one more shot. They better get their act together!!

So, after my initial review I went back to Miami Subs in hopes of a better experience. Unfortunately this was not the case. I will give them credit for getting my order correct this time, but once again, I found the staff and, in particular, the manager to be highly disorganized and rude. After ordering a hot dog and fries, I sat at a table and waited for 22 minutes to receive my food. About 15 minutes into waiting I approached the manager to check on my status (15 minutes for the cooks to heat up a hot dog seems more than enough time). The manager's response is what got me as she said, "This isn't a fast food place." Granted, she is correct, it's technically not a fast food restaurant, but her response lacked tact and any concern for the customer's needs. So, I went back to my table, received my food a bit later, and, as I finished my last tasty seasoned fry, I said goodbye to this particular location.
